Technical Program Description
This program will provide attendees with useful real-world information on Georgia’s Commercial Energy Code. Attendees will be introduced to the structure and requirements of the commercial energy code. The presentation will familiarize attendee with the programs and resources available to assist with energy code compliance and provided with information on common compliance challenges seen in the field.
Brief Legionella Update
Prior to the technical program, learn about the Legionella outbreak in Atlanta and what you can do to protect the health and safety of building occupants. Resources for developing water management programs from the CDC and ASHRAE will be posted on the chapter website under Government Affairs. If you have expertise in legionella risk management and an interest in outreach or advocacy, please contact GAC Chair Meghan McNulty at Meghan.McNulty@servidyne.com.

Bourke Reeves, Three Points Planning

Bourke Reeve is a Project Manager with Three Points Planning. In this position Bourke applies his experience in sustainable design, community development and historic preservation to a variety of research, education, technical assistance and community development projects.
Over the past decade Bourke has worked in partnership with a wide variety of non-profit organizations, state agencies and local communities. The projects, programs and trainings he has developed help create healthy, efficient and resilient buildings and communities across the Southeast. As a professional educator Bourke has provided sessions for universities, conferences and professional organizations sharing his expertise in sustainable design, building energy codes and historic preservation.
