Student Activities

The Atlanta Chapter of ASHRAE is proud to support students interested in pursuing a career in the HVAC industry.  Our Student Activities committee works with both K-12 and University students to help develop them into successful HVAC professionals.

Membership Fee:  None, this fee is Chapter sponsored.  To start, simply join ASHRAE and hand your electronic or paper form to your Student Branch Advisor or Student Activities Chair to get this fee covered.

Involvement:  We are very excited to get involved and help develop activities  to introduce students to the HVAC&R (Heating, ventilating, air conditioning, and refrigeration) world.

Volunteer:  We are always looking for volunteers whether to assist, do, or develop student events.  If this makes you tick then contact to get it going.

Scholarships:  Available directly or as joint sponsorship with Georgia Engineering Foundation and others.

Winter Conference:  We encourage students to attend ASHRAE's Winter Conference, where a special student program is available to sponsor students to sign up and focus on their topics of interest.

Additional Info:  You can find more information about Student Activities on the ASHRAE Student Zone or contact your Student Branch Advisor listed.
