*** NOTICE: The 2021 ASHRAE Atlanta Chapter Trade Show has been CANCELLED ***

ASHRAE Atlanta Chapter thanks you for your support by signing off into the Trade Show event initially coordinated to be held at the Cobb Galleria Centre back on March 26, 2020.  As you know, this event had to be postponed due to multiple challenges being addressed since the current pandemic got started. Once those challenges were worked out the Chapter went ahead and agreed to move the event to March of this year 2021 at the same venue.

Nevertheless, after learning and understanding ASHRAE’s position to have the Winter Conference as a virtual we decided to cancel the Product Trade Show due to similar concerns.  In the future we plan to have the Product Trade Show event back again which will be booked and announced once public gatherings can be held without health risks to those attending.

It’s been an unprecedented situation for all of us, but our goal towards our members and Society remains unchanged therefore we offer the following options to handle paid fees and/or funds allocated for this event:

  1. Donate registration fee and/or sponsorship fund to ASHRAE’s Research Promotion Campaign.
  2. Donate registration fee and/or sponsorship fund to ASHRAE’s Atlanta Chapter to support members in need of membership sponsoring or for Chapter operations sponsoring.
  3. Donate these funds to both RP and Chapter at 50/50 or other specific percentage allocation.
  4. Reimbursement.  Allow up to three months for processing.
